Integral: Dynamic, Mindful, Compassionate, and Relational.

I believe in understanding and addressing the root causes of my patients’ challenges, and helping them take charge of their symptoms in the present moment. I’m passionate about helping people develop new strategies to move towards the life they want.

Stylistically, I believe in keeping things real. Therapy with me is conversational and down to earth.

I draw from multiple schools of psychological thought and value approaching issues from more than one angle. I have training in psychodynamic/analytic traditions as well as mindfulness and behavioral techniques. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and relational: I believe we all show up perfectly imperfect in everything we do.

I’m an East Coast native who fell in love with San Francisco more than 15 years ago. My interests include permaculture, design, and climate justice.

I received my bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies with an emphasis on social justice and community building from California Institute of Integral Studies in 2014. I graduated in 2017 with my master's in Integral Counseling Psychology and am currently in practice at The Center for Mindful Psychotherapy (CMP).
